Be EXCITED
Holy shizzle its been very very very long since i have posted here so I am very very very sorry, I know its totally not an interesting blog =(
And I don’t bring good news either, this isn’t an actual post but more likely a teaser! For the new, cool, up-coming stuff which is really exciting, more so because I don’t even know what the these cool, new supposed cool things are, so anything could happen kids, anything.
For those in the US, you lucky things can now go to the new Harry Potter theme park in the Universal Studios in Orlando. I have to say I’m so jealous I love Harry Potter, I particularly grew up with them (like wonder years for the kids of the 90's or whatever was popular in the 80's so forth and so on). I saw the preview on the Ellen show the other day and it looked so cool, they had Diagon Ally as well as butter beer and potion shops and weird dancing witches (which I personally don’t remember reading or seeing in the Harry Potter series). Just thinking about it making me far too excited. It would be just awesome (that’s the only word to truly explain it). So those like myself who don't live in the US and does not have the means to go to the US in the near future here's the link to the official site, I know you could have googled it yourself but I have done the hard work for you because I'm nice like that.
Really Long Link
And theres a link to the Ellen show clip where they look at the park from Youtube.
Really Long Link
Enjoy! And be excited!
On other news, is any one excited for the World Cup?? If not, leave! Just leave, you are shunned! No, I joke stay if you want (actually please do, much love to spread here). I like to think I'm a hardcore soccer/football fan but who am I kidding I'm a bandwagon supporter of all sports. If you don’t understand what I mean, then I shall explain, I don’t watch sports between my thriving social life (cough stay home watching TV cough) and exhausting uni work I simply don’t have the time or the attention span for it (I'm young, it's like a goldfish) so I don't actually follow anything proper BUT when there is a massive sporting event happening I'm there, scarfs and all, I will be the crazy fan screaming profanities to the other team and the ref, acting and quite convincingly that I know the rules and I know what’s going and all the latest new about players. Making comments such as "you know that Ozil, you should keep an eye on him, he is the play setter!" or "The stupid f*** ref, what a (more profanities)! RED CARD! NO F*** WAY!" With the help of Google I'm on top of it. Unfortunately due to exams (hence explaining my inability to update more often here) I have not been able to watch and also to watch games I have to wake up about 4 in the morning. BUT that being said I will be watching the Australia vs. Ghana match on Saturday night hopefully live (this is Sydney time, check your local times for details). Hopefully Australia will win and if not at least not as much as they did with the Germans.
Ohk this was suppose to be a short post but clearly I gotten a little carried away particularly about my rant on soccer/football which I know has nothing to do with films and I know this is about this blog is about film but I just couldn't obtain my excitement. I apologise for that and my childish swooning for all things Harry Potter. And my deepest apologies for the delay in updates and lacking in proper updates, so so so sorry (that's enough so to make a pop song) with so many uni assignments and exams I just haven't had the time but I still love doing this so I'll be back. And with that note I shall be off to do some studying and not fail uni.
Much love,
